Energie Service develops smart solutions for Energy, Environment and Buildings. Our main targets within these areas are sustainable feasibility, efficiency, competence and flexibility.

All services can be provided from our head quarter in Freiburg or affiliated offices in Hamburg and Munich.
We support tender processes, commercial and technical due diligence within energy related projects. We have successfully conducted restructuring processes of power plant projects (including renewables, biomass and waste to energy). We develop the concept and manage the realisation phase until successful start of operations.

Consulting services

Project development and realisation

We develop investment opportunities in the energy sector including identification of suitable locations, technical concepts, development of the business case and all relevant contracts. If needed we can also professionally assist the project financing process

Acquisition und Restructuring
We support investors or lenders in all phases of an acquisition- or restructuring project. We have successfully supported due diligence processes (technical and commercial) for our european clients. We also manage integration and realisation phases until a smooth operation is achieved. After finalisation of the integration phase we can support the projects with non executive services on board level.

Operations
During operations our services include monitoring, control, optimisation of the energy production process as well as professional portfolio management for diverse fuels and electricity. We can also organise sale agreements for surplus power. In special situations (crisis/restructuring) we are able to provide interim management capacity.

Audits and Benchmarks
We analyse and benchmark the production and consumption of fuels and energy. Within a typical audit project we support our clients with hands on work to introduce energy management systems (EMS) or to achieve necessary industrial Certifications.
